It would be funny if antidepressants made people feel good. But they don’t, not even when they’re working the way they’re supposed to. Which is rare: most of the time, they don’t work at all.

My antidepressants don’t cheer me up, but they do keep me from sinking deeper into depression and despair.

I don’t get why they put the word “bell” in the title of that day.

Just be careful what you say … and to whom …!

Today is also National Opposite Day, which seems appropriate with the comments about the effects of antidepressants.
