A pretty good scam, if the victims fall for it. :P

For years, I’ve wanted a switch that turns off my brain so I go to sleep. I’ve had insomnia since I left grad school. Cosmetics make me suitable for public consumption.

When they’d ask me, I’d try to sell them a vacuum cleaner.

His customers are likely hoping the switch is for on and off so they can turn him off.

This idea of flipping his switch will likely cause people to flip him the bird.

They’ll only be tempted to flip the switch if it will turn you off.

Reminded of how my grade school friends and I would play “Statues.” One would position another’s arms and legs, press a pretend button, and the “statue” would carry out an action suggested by the positioning.
