Well, at least Baldo was being polite.

The worst part about customer service is not the service, it is the customers.

Ever notice how the older the generation is, the more bitter they are at the world around them? With that said: To the exceptions of that generalization, I hope YOU guys live longer! YOU people are sweethearts and make the world a better place (aka the opposite of Old Fogey there).
