A college student home for Spring Break? Besides, she’s not feeling very peckish.

I never forced my kids to finish every crumb. If they were full, they were full. I never bribed them either. Besides we always had desert in the evening…not right after a meal.

How can you have any pudding if you don’t eat yer meat?

If it works, it works. I read a funny story on Reddit about a woman who had chosen dogs over kids, but her sibling kept dumping her monster children on her to baby-sit. Dog training methods of small treats and a clicker actually worked, but the sister got really mad her kids were being treated like dogs. The kids were no longer dumped. A win win.
