That’s fine. You don’t even have to identify as a cat. You can, if you want, identify the cat toys as dog toys. The toys really don’t mind. They don’t even know.
Here’s a dog who feels guilty about playing with designated cat toys. That’s the difference between dogs and cats. Cats won’t feel guilty even playing with people toys. :)
