I have an older friend who is like this some days. He cannot edit down his stories to less than 5-10 minutes long, and God help you if you ask him for a movie synopsis you will be there for 20 minutes. But say 3 sentences to him and he’ll interrupt you because he wasn’t paying attention. Luckily he doesn’t do this all the time.

My husband doesn’t let me – or anyone else – finish sentences. He says it’s being part of the conversation. (grrr)
