Good for Red. I wish more people would clean up after their dogs.

That’s sweet, but then, in the US, were people really supposed to clean up their dogs’ poop already back in the 1970’s ? Here in Germany, unfortunately, the „black bags“ didn’t come up earlier than 20 years later.

I had a dog who would go just about anywhere but if there was a tree anywhere in the vicinity, he always backed up to it to poop. That sometimes made it difficult to bag it up. LOL!!

I remember the older guys would say “watch the landmines, kid”!!

Left on their own, dogs usually won’t poop in their own yards. That should usually work out – everybody gets some. But, my dogs were small to medium size while the neighbors dogs were more like small buffalo.

This is an anachronism…. NEVER happened in the 60s when this comic is supposed to reflect.

You ever try to talk to a pooping dog, they give you a dirty look.

That’s why I love living in the country.
