Been reading for a long time. It’s in my print newspaper but you can’t see/appreciate the artistic detail unless you read the color version online. Wonderful characters. If you have time go back as far as you can to get the back stories on everyone.
Several of my favorite strips contain characters that are a tad “off bubble.” This is my #1. BTW, newbies are suppose to bring doughnuts and coffee……just sayin…..
in the early days of the pandemic I went for a walk and there were at least a hundred vultures roosting in the trees on the parkway. It was very eerie, the normally busy street was deserted and all these vultures were gathering overhead.

“They ALL LOOK ALIKE! The birds and the trees.” At least Wallace will died happy, doing what he loves. Problem is, Spud doesn’t love dying…

This happened at the park the other day, so many vultures were perched over the entry to the main pathway..!

If they’re vultures, Spud, they’ll look away innocently until you fall asleep or stop moving.

You do that long enough and you start recognizing the trees. Of course, no one takes you seriously when you say you recognize a tree.

I went to Burger King the other day. There were Turkey Vultures sitting on the roof and light poles at the drive up window.

Maybe they’re the type of vultures that sound like the Beatles?
