I am waiting for It Happens Every Spring to appear on one of the old movie channels. I’ve never seen it but I heard it on the radio and I’d like to. One channel shows it once a year and I always miss it. I could rent or buy it but then I’d lose to thrill of the hunt.
During the past storms we lost internet for long periods of time on a couple of days. We were lucky not to lose power. It was a unique situation when the old DVDs came in handy.
It was a major disappointment to find out that CD’s aren’t forever. About 1 in 5 in our collection have developed interlayer cracking. Looked it up, and it may happen to all of them eventually. :<(

Go with the DVD. You’ll want to watch some of the bonus features again.

Any W. C. Fields on that thing? Marx Brothers?

Betty probably paid to watch something they already owned.

I have a friend who will spot a movie playing on tv and will stop and watch it with commercials even though he owns the dvd. I can’t / won’t do that.
