Best advice I ever had for how to take criticism is to consider the source

If I have respect for the person offering criticism, then I take it seriously

Otherwise it depends on what they say, if a hater is just hating then they can be ignored

I treat criticism the same way I do political speech. I only judge the person saying or writing it by it, not their intended target.

Submit and ignore it, Adam. Your ulcer will thank you.
