Poor guy! I can remember as a little Guy quickly waking up thinking I was about to fall out of bed. Red, jump back into bed and curl up with your buddy Rover. You’ll be asleep in a snap.

When the rip cord doesn’t work, it becomes a R.I.P. chord

When I was six or so, I would have dreams where I could jump from the top of the stairs on the second floor and float leisurely to the landing on the first. But I never actually got out from under the covers.

Flightmare.

Whether you’re flying or falling, it’s the thud that counts.

Red dreamed he was jumping out of an aeroplane but he hit the bedroom floor before his dream self had time to open the parachute.

If at first you don’t succeed, parachute jumping is probably not a good idea.

When my son was a kid, he’d fall out of bed several times a year. I really worried about that possibility when he was in a body cast, but evidently the cast weighted him down enough to keep him in bed.

Lucky that it was just a thud….

Good thing he didn’t dream about a waterfall again.

I’ve done that.

I’m 73 and when I find myself falling asleep, my hand/arm is doing something that I’m not slure what it is! It’s like I’m trying to grab something, and when I wake, it’s just AIR!

I landed better.

Falling dreams are the worst.
