I’ll bet I know what Louie’s third wish is. Every animal that appears on this cartoon strip can talk in English including this genie with a dog’s face, except for Louie who can only think with E.S.P. Tomorrow will we hear Louie speak out loud for the first time?
Louie’s wishes are so loving, beautiful and unselfish. February 13, 2022, he wished the snow sculptures of a dog and snowman could play fetch together. They did, and it was truly wonderful.
