My favorite; thin, firm, crispy crust; light, sweet, quality pizza sauce (the make or break ingredient); smattering of finely grated mozzarella and parmesan cheeses and consume at preparation site; otherwise, keep on heated seat for drive home.
Funny! I actually new a boy who would only eat cheese pizza – for almost every meal. His parents would stop and get Chinese Carryout for themselves then pick up a cheese pizza for him. He was very much like Petey!
About soccer: what Dad says is how our son participated in the team: he ran around far away, outside of the pack just so no one would run into him…needeless to say, soccer wasn’t his sport.
Then years later, I was at our five year old granddaughter’s soccer practice: there were about five keeners who hit the ball among each other, and she was part of the group far away from them with other girls who started picking clover flowers and looked for four leaf clovers…
When is a pizza not a pizza? (Goodness knows, many “Modern” versions, almost without any toppings, are a joke.)
C’mon, Petey! Learn to love pizza the way it should be made, whether homemade from scratch as we used to do when I was a little kid, or whether from a quality pizzeria, e.g., https://tinyurl.com/ym8uas34 ….

Just say, “No thanks,” Petey. It’s gonna be awful.

Ugh, the yeast and the flour would still be touching.

Is Petey training his head to punch soccer balls?

Petey should pretend he’s playing against toad zombies.

Let Petey just raid the pizza kitchen and catch the dough while it is being tossed in the air. That’s some exercise.

In other words, something that will be called pizza, but really isn’t.

Instead of a pizza with “the works”, Petey likes his pizza with the quirks.
