They’re wearing sleeveless shirts. Those are summer clothes. If you can wear summer clothes in winter you can have a summer snack.

The kids were delighted one Halloween, when having run out of candy I handed out the “in a plastic tube” type of ice pop.(unfrozen)

Why aren’t they both looking happy?

I eat popsicles in winter. I love them.

found Icee pops last week! Not even summer yet. I bought two bags and put them into my freezer

Ice cream has been a year around snack all my life. Maybe living in California helps, but I lived where we got a little snow and below freezing temperatures were fairly common in winter.
