It’s a club so many of us join as we get older, so we are in good company, whether we like it or not. Plus as you get older, our meals are something we look forward to more than earlier in life…..
I have heard it phrased, “We stop growing at the ends and start growing in the middle.” Our bones ossify by age 21, so that is when we stop getting taller and start to spread out.
