How does one become a celebrity chef? Do you cook for them or use them as an ingredient? Does working in the White House make you a celebrity?

Like yesterday was for eating Pie, today, the Ides of March, celebrate with a Caesar Salad. Better yet, eat it with a knife! Save the booze for St. Patty’s Day coming up.

Being a nuclear budget analyst must be easy:

    Cost analysis: too much.

How long will it take to pay for it: too long.

    Reliability: too little.
