A big wind means a big change in barometric pressure

My right knee knows first, and several other body parts get the message soon after

A portent of wind would be a bad omen. It would smell of something odorous to come. It could even be a deadly harbinger – a fartal sign.

Thank you Jef, for a really good laugh. Some of us do have parts that “portend the wind”. Ha ha ha!

Just badly hurt my knee this morning getting into the car. Can’t get out of the car even with help.

He missed the chance to say “pull on my finger joint”

Usually my fingers let me know. I use them to turn on the weather on radio or tv.

I miss Coach Hacker

My brain can portend the upcoming weather when I watch The Weather Channel.

I have one that portends wind. It usually audibly announces it shortly thereafter.

The water level in toilets also indicates barometric pressure.

If I’m aware of wind beforehand I’m told by my guts.

You don’t need a weather man to know which way the wind blows.
