Cut way down on book buying when the Covid crap kept me out of the bookstores.

Yes … I purchase the “Old Farmer’s Almanac” every year … The Hard Back copy :-)

Buying books new just isn’t very practical for me. Libraries help me know what books I want and used books are so much cheaper.

We have all become to complacent and dependent on tech as I write this on a computer

Anybody else nostalgic for the old fashioned bookstore, single owner (probably a former hippie) with a cat on the counter, dusty old books and probably a small reading/writing group in one corner? (sigh)

It’s not the Books. I’m just waiting for a nicer Clerk.
