I know a rancher who takes all of his (& his men’s) worn out boots, hats, etc. to a mall where they sell for more than they cost new.

Ripped up clothing has been in style since the 80’s. Nothing new there.

I’m waiting for stone-washed jeans to come back in style.

Yeah, that distresses me.

Cher’s fallen on hard times. Did you see those pants she was wearing recently? More rip than denim.

I don’t understand the point of ripped jeans.
