I don’t remember dogs being in that group of wind and rain and snow, I would just leave a note on the front door and refuse to deliver the mail.

Every dog I’ve ever seen chained up, was owned by Morons.

The dog is staked to ground outside -with a 4 foot chain? That is even more horrible!

if the dog attacks a postal worker, then they will quit delivering mail to that address… the homeowner will have to go to the post office to recieve their mail…

Thankfully most dogs are in the “kill them with kindness” mindset. At least for the smart carriers who carry biscuits in their pockets. My fierce terrier turned to mush when we got a carrier who did just that.

Made me chuckle like Groucho Barks.
