“Flakes” on a Plane.

When the air pressure gets the sinuses or eardrums, there’s no quieting them.

Short-haul flight or long howl fright?

Hubris was always followed, in the great Greek dramas, by Nemesis.

I’m far more bothered by the adults kicking and screaming because they can’t get their way. I was on a flight last Fall that was disrupted by a woman yelling at, cursing and threatening the woman behind her.

I had a kid kick my seat and cry for 3 hours! I turned and looked at the mother but she didn’t take the hint and she did NOTHING to console this kid! By the time I got to my destination, I wanted to scream!

I like how the artist has gone the extra mile, carefully drawing so many windows on the airplane with perfect alignment.

Try giving the baby a paciflyer.

My wife is from the UK and flies home every summer to visit her family. Our first child was a fantastic traveler, never cried. We thought we were the best parents and then we had a second child.

Those poor naive parents, and the other passengers.

Every such flight…every time…..

we’ve learned that if there are lots of booths available at the sushi joint the computer will automatically assign the empty booth behind us to the young parents with three small children…
