Few things have a shorter shelf life than humor. But even if old strips are no longer funny or are even cringe worthy they should be preserved as they provide a glimpse into the past that no curated class or rewritten textbook ever will.
I have actually enjoyed going back and reading old editions of the Fusco Brothers.
