But I still say you’re risking injury playing in t hese “prelims”,as this Mets fan found out.

It’s no different from international football/soccer and hockey tournaments.

Apparently this idiot knows nothing about the world of European soccer where the best players around the world (including here in the US) play for teams in England, France, Spain, Germany, etc. Certainly the top players here in the US are not going to get better playing for the MLS.
