Don’t think he’d gonna crack. He’s barely even paying attention.

Sophie, there are crumbs dropping out of your mouth. Is that where Doug’s snack went?

Sophie’s committed the crime and is trying to shift Doug’s suspicions in another direction. At least until she can get rid of the evidence or the crumbs as we call them.

Doug needs to shift his mad posture and notice the tell tale crumbs Sophie is spitting out. . . .

Well, one of them is at least the crooked cop of this arrangement…

I suspect the bad cop did it.
