I just watched SW Eps 1, 2, & 3 (the prequels) last week for the first time. At last, I know Vader’s back story.

I think of the violence needed to create the planets and stars, systems and galaxies. The Universe isn’t a benevolent force. Our planet got its iron core by smashing into another one and surviving the impact. Jupiter nearly became the second sun of our system, which would have put Earth outside the Goldilock zone… Our planet is a haven, and needs to be treated as so.
