Where I work now (almost 2 years) it’s completely casual, jeans, t-shirts, etc. My prior job of 35 years required button-up shirts and nice pants at a minimum (clients were frequently brought in). So now I have a closet full of button up shirts and dress pants. I’m the best dressed guy at the office now.

Polo shirts are required at work, as soon as I’m home I switch to a T-shirt
