That’s true, but for a while, there was a feeling of unity in this country. The “Us versus Them” was not Democrats versus Republicans. Too bad that didn’t last.
These days, I feel those “world unites to take down invading monsters from outer space” movies couldn’t be made. The “invading monsters” would be believable enough, but the “world unites” would not.
Could not have expressed it better. I try to listen to both sides and find the best solution to the problem which generally is not either sides’ initial stance.
