When you sell, you will have to disclose the haunting, but it’s a coin toss whether that will lower the value or raise it.

As a kid, I remember walking downstairs into a dark room and hearing a mysterious noise and thinking “Ahh, ghost!”
As an adult, if I walk downstairs in the dark and hear a mysterious noise, I think “Oh my God, please don’t be the refrigerator failing.”
The kid version was 1000% less scary.
