It isn’t fake meat, it is grain patty.

With all the processing (and there is a lot of it) required to make “fake” meat, how can it be good for the environment or you?

If vegan is so good and meat is so bad why try to imitate meat with vegetables?

I just read a story where someone is making ‘chicken’ in the lab. Apparently Hormel is going to market it. They are going to call it SPAC—Stuff Posing As Chicken.

My take on this is that a black bean burger or meat substitute can be tasty once in a while; however, having thyroid issues and having been warned against ingesting any soy products due to them, tofu and other meat ‘extenders’ are not in my dietary focus whatsoever.

True.. there is a lot of waste that needs recycling. The government is desperately sponsoring projects that turn cardboard waste into something edible
