Actually, that would have the most accurate survey results, although technically unethical. You’re not supposed to use survey data from individuals that don’t want to take the survey.
That’s the way I feel most “surveys” work. In the old days, we had to fill out paper surveys. I have it on good authority that management made a big pile of them, weighed it, and then shredded them. :)
