Dandelions get a bad rap and are often treated as the worst of weeds. But they are one of the most edible of the plants. As mentioned above, you can make quite a meal of them. Maybe Charlie ought to set aside a section of his garden for dandelion growth. Dandelions attract bees, Charlie, and bees are necessary for pollination.
