Creepy panda bear.
Looks like a Cookie Jar.
Great song! I sympathize with Arlo, hate shopping as well and so does my love.
I sing that song all the time.
One of my all time favorites.
Lovely Day by Bill Withers is Great ,too.
Cute. I haven’t heard that song in quite a while.
Love that song by Bill Withers. The “I know” he sings so many times was ad libbed but it made the song even better!
Happy Mother’s Day ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ ❤️
Arlo is like a dog. Always so happy when his master comes home.
At least he didn’t sing “Grandma’s Hands” to her.
True so true.
To all the moms – Happy Mother’s Day!
We wouldn’t be here without you
With his sunny disposition, Arlo is de-lighted with his sol-mate.
Janis, thinks he is just light-headed and not very bright.
For an encore Arlo will serenade His beloved with “You Light Up My Life”
**It’s all sun and games until you run out of sunshine puns.
Never did like that song. Especially the I know bit. We listened to a lot of crap back then.
But absence made his heart grow fonder.
A panda instead of Ludie? What gives, Jimmy?
Guys are always happy when they don’t have to go shopping with the spouse.
I do 90% of the grocery shopping. My wife hates standing in checkout lines.
Arlo, you’ve got style! Via JJ.
Good one! Made me laugh out right.
And, because of poor vision, I first saw “Ain’t no sausage…”
Sheesh.
When you’re together so much, even a tiny break is nice. Just to feel your heart jump when they walk back through the door.
My wife says she hates shopping, but she will spend 3 to 4 hours at the store.
Well done Arlo…well done!
Just in case some reader isn’t familiar with this great song:

I only knew the song from an episode of Raising Hope.
Time to retire this strip from my daily reads.
Two things i never wanted to hear when i got home from work: “We’ve got a big problem” and “We need to go to the store.”
In his defense, it was only grocery shopping……
Most men would do anything to avoid doing groceries.
perfect timing on Janus’s part, she knew what was coming and timed her interjection at just the right time.
Can anyone explain the panda bear reference? Bill Withers nickname perhaps?
Great song, funny scenario. Work up something from Van Morrison
Love ’Ain’t No Sunshine"! I’m using it now to as a jingle buster for those awful songs Flagmichael named.
Not a fan of Disco but some of the songs were good. ’I Will Survive" is one of them. I like the version by Cake. That Alien version was funny.
Every decade has it’s goodies and baddies.
