Yes, when I get down & nuttin seems to be going well, I intentionally seek out the animal or faith in humanity sites. Never fails to lift my spirits, make me grateful for what I still can do & still have going for me. Gratitude must be learned & practiced, which fact I, thankfully, learned long ago.
When I just hear about the bad side of social media, I have to put in my two cents’ worth, as I find a lot of really positive things when I look for them. Most of my Facebook friends are people I actually see in real life.
