Annoying! Especially when they say English or Spanish, press this, press that, and talking to a robot is frustrating….

First, why not try Directory Assistance.
Second, notify their C.E.O. they should forecast servers using traffic data with the Erlang – B probability formula.
It’s a test to see how badly you want the information.
