the red ship, did the storm blow them in from far away?

An unexpected turn of events has him wheeling

Bit of a flashback to earlier times on the ship

Didn’t know there was a red ship. It must be a good ship they are never fighting with anyone.

With very little equipment maintained, the blue ship easily remained at anchor through the storm. And most of the crew stayed indoors. where it was nice and warm, and the hot chocolate flowed freely.

This may be a spoiler, but we can be confident to assume that, in the end, the blue ship will make it through the storm with everybody safe and sound, whereas will we even see the red ship one more time or will they vanish into thin air!

As a true Navy salt, it was hammered into us the idea of constant preventive maintenance. Losing the wheel during a storm is an example of poor preventive maintenance!!
