That’s not exactly true. Dogs and a lot of animals lack the ability to see red. So no red, purle, pink, etc., those colors look grey to them. Dogs also don’t see like we do so they rely on their noses to help.
Dogs shout NOT meet on leash. If they do not like each other, they have two choices. Fight or Flight. Thus if theey cannot leave the area, there is only one choice for them. In that comic the owners have not trained the animals. The owners need to be “the alpha dog”. They aren’t. The dogs are running the show. I know, I know..it is just a comic.
Like most mammals dogs do not see the colour red. Humans are amongst the very few mammals to have the red receptors in our eyes which is why hunters can wear a bright orange vest and be invisible to the animals. But apart from that (huge) difference, dogs do see colours.
