Did you know “treadmills” were originally actual mills, like windmills or watermills, powered by human walking? Those original ones, looking very similar to water wheels, really were like giant human-sized hamster wheels.

Now she just needs one of those big human hamster balls.

Wait until someone laughs at Nelson.

Walk into the bathroom and laugh your head off!! Solution…

go to a larger/chain hock shop, and look at the rear section of the store. full of exercise bikes, treadmills, bow-flexes, weight sets. no one i know used any for longer than a month or 2. “Pawn Queens” none of the local thrift stores accept them for donations, either.

That does look more like a hamster bottle than a human water bottle. That should be a straw, so she can drink from it like a glass. It’s also too small to be of much use. Opal was set up! If Nelson didn’t find humor in this, I would be mor concerned than having him laugh at his grandma. Opal should have found it funny, too.

Drinking through a straw minimizes the chance of choking because it keeps one’s chin down. However, upending a container with any kind of straw is going to leak on your face, unless it is a specially made hamster water bottle.

Because Opal never laughs at Earl….

I bet he added a squeaker to the treadmill too. And some nibbles treats.

My question is; will Opal’s fit-bit count the revolutions???
