Remembering names are unimportant. Remembering how the markets perform is what matters.

Odd—Alice has an encyclopedic knowledge of investment banking, and yet she can’t remember Joanie’s name!!

I still don’t see how the lawyers would OK this since Lacey thought that Alice was her dead sister and Alice’s real name wouldn’t be in the will.

when was this strip done? the 1990’s? indexes do well over the long term alice doesn’t look like she’s got the years to recover if it takes a hit. I recommend a tax free bond fund, that provides an income with fairly low risk to the principal. (and yes I’ve had a series 6 and 63 license)

A relative is squandering $9,000 per year on an investment advisor. The advisor is fully capable of loosing money. Another relative is doing very well managing his own investments.

Alice, if the brokers are on the streets, should you be trusting them?

Sounds like the Great Depression, with all those brokers out on the streets.

If you do something yourself, it won’t necessarily be done right…but only you have your best interests at heart.

She is following my own investment policy. I’m just trying to keep it from being taxed until I need it. I don’t pretend to know enough about the market to “gamble” intelligently or to trust a broker to do so.

I bet a lot of Dems are eating their shorts after the Durham report. Excpt Schiff. He will go to his grave saying he has proof but won’t show it. Translation, yes, I know lied, but who cares. Dems are always right.
