It’s interesting that Timmy, who was Lassie’s television co-star only from 1957-1964, is still the one everyone remembers, as opposed to Jeff (1954-1957), who came before, or the various forest rangers who came after (Corey Stuart 1964-1968, Bob Erickson and Scott Turner 1968-1970). I agree that Jon Provost, who played Timmy, is the only one I find memorable (and having June Lockhart around as his mother didn’t hurt).
