My first job was as a convenience store clerk. I can confirm: This is how it happens.

Well, it is Monday. What did you expect? Now where is that pot?

When we first met Rabbit in:

there was no blue bow. I think maybe that was added in the recent harrowing arc. I think it must be symbolic of Matt/Maxx’s evolution. I like it.

That was pretty intense! Rush hours are the worst.

We had rush hours in the hospital as well. We’d be swamped with admissions at those times. Another type of rush hour was when patients had various tests and procedures. Suddenly, most of your patients were out of their rooms. Just as suddenly, they came back.

Who is at the back of the line in panel 3? Looks kind of like an antelope but is that an elephant behind them or is it all one large horned critter? Or do I need more coffee?

Kudos to the Cafe’ crew. I’d be fired the first day for not being able to keep up.

The mad Monday morning rush

They must make excellent coffee.

“CHOW BREAK!”

There should be a separate line for people who just want a coffee drink with coffee in it. Nothing worse than waiting in line for twenty minutes while people order drinks with so many additives they would be impossible to distinguish by taste.

It is heartening to see a good business doing a good business.

And everyone is glad you’re back.

I’m noticing Rabbit has a blue bow now. Does this mean Rabbit is identifying and presenting as a girl now?

Maxx, you should probably change the name above the comic (if you can). I also just wanted to say honestly how good this comic is. This is quite possibly the best comic I have ever read.
