    Good morning Vagabonds

The morning temp was about 53 and it’s cloudy. The predicted high is 64 with rain late. One of those days. (^.^)

Back to the usual, only thing different I’ll hook up the trailer to my Jeep and take all our summer tires up to the shop and then haul all the winter tires back, get it all done and out of the way.

Joy for your day Vagabonds and may God bless.

    Good morning, Vagabonds.

We have a crisis here. The landscape backflow valve that is under my kitchen window split open yesterday afternoon. There is no way to shut off the water to that valve without shutting down the entire property and the City has to do that (with the Fire Department on standby). It’s spraying away from the building at least. We are having the management company arrange for a shut-down and a plumber to fix it. The water will be off for 4 to 6 hours (to allow the glue to dry). In the meantime, the water is flowing down the gutter, into the storm drain and back into Lake Mead.

Other than that, life is normal. Prayer group this morning and “overseeing” the repair this afternoon with a little bit of TV in between.

I watched a 50th anniversary celebration of Disney World yesterday. It went back to the very beginning of the secret planning and land purchases. They set up 4 corporations to buy the land (and got most of it for $180 per acre). They laughed about the fact that one of them was called “Ayefour Inc.” The reference is to Interstate 4 that runs through Orlando or “I4”.

    Today’s forecast is for 98. It’s already 84. Yuck.

    Everyone have a blessed day.

    Good evening, Vagabonds.

It has been a long day. This weather is wearing me out, cold, wet, dreary and a high of 61. Tomorrow is supposed to be 80.

The family was here for dinner tonight, I was so happy they asked for a breakfast casserole. Next week is my grandson’s 19th birthday and he has requested pulled pork sandwiches, mashed potatoes, corn on the cob, and black pepper gravy. Oh, and don’t forget the cake! I hope I get my energy levels up quickly. Don’t like this feeling. I think some of it has to do with my new morning routine. Ah well, I got my shopping list ready for the morning trip to Walmart.

Rita, I am praying that Jack’s surgery has gone well. Please let us know.

May you all have a blessed evening.
