My cat Colette is weird in a fun way. She only likes to sit on my lap when I am outside. Sometimes, she will get into my “lap” when I am crouching down to pet her. It’s too hard on the knees to maintain for long. She likes to cuddle but she is a dedicated huntress. Outside she can get petted and still look for prey 100 feet away. I suppose I do assist her in her goals.
