Seems like people don’t need a reason any more.

Please wave, gives me something to chuckle at if I ever review the footage. Rarely, usually to see what animal was making noise at 3AM.

I found myself waving and making faces like some kind of goofy birthday-party clown yesterday when I passed the photo radar truck going under the speed limit (because that’s all I could do anyway with the surrounding traffic).

just stop and wave spontaneously – you’re sure to be on some camera, somewhere…
