Actually, the word IS spelled “faux” (and pronounced “foe.”) It’s French for “false” or “fake.”

Casual dress is my idea of a great party. It leaves everyone relaxed to have fun. It’s the invitations that say “holiday attire” that drive me nuts. What does that mean??

I agree with Ligntenup on this one! What exactly is “holiday attire”? my Christmas sweats or a tuxedo?

Cathy should be grateful that the holiday party is casual attire. How comfortable could she possibly be squeezed into a dress several sizes too small and those ankle-busting sandals for heaven knows how many hours?!?!?!? Ouch!!!
