Well, I always weigh more in the afternoon after eating and drinking having breakfast and lunch. Mornings are the best time to weigh yourself.
Scales should come with a label on the front:
“People standing on this scale weigh more than they think they do…”
You know that donut in the pantry, or that pastry in the fridge? Leave ‘em there!

Ohhhh Cathy, one doesn’t accidently wander onto a scale no more than that cookie accidently found your face.
