I’ve known some very fit, skinny women. Like, in the size 0s. They all felt they were fat, and had to hide that fat. Sad. This one rings true to my college experience. These lovely women were always pointing out their fat, real or imagined.
I may not be totally happy with where I’m at weight-wise but I try not to talk about how “fat” I feel I am when I look around me and see oh, so many people – women and men – who are so much worse off in that department than I am.
