Okay – not so related to today’s strip. I also read the comics in my local newspaper.
Up until earlier this year we had “Dilbert” as a daily and a Sunday strip. Scott Adams went on some type of “racist rant” (per my newspaper) and the strip was dropped. I liked Dilbert as most (maybe all) of my friends are fellow nerds – but it was done.
It was replaced with one called “Crabgrass” about two boys – one Caucasian and African American (or Canadian – not sure where the strop is from). I was not thrilled with this strip, but figured it would grow on me.
Today as I was reading the Sunday strips in the paper it suddenly dawned on me that “Crabgrass” was gone from the paper and it had been replaced by – yes – “Adam at Home”. I have been reading Adam in my local paper for 2 weeks and just realized the change to it had happened! So now I will be reading the strips twice – once when in the paper and once when I come here to where “my friends and fellow comic appreciators” are. I am glad that this second replacement occurred.

Our cats give us that kind of compliment all the time, should we thank them?

Definitely don’t ask a cat. Cats are even more prone to hacking stuff up.

You don’t just sit by while your animal starts the horking process! Get up! Stow the tech! Move the animal to vinyl or hardwood!

This little event is probably better than the story Gumbo puked on. Use it.
