Wow, Cathy is yet again speechless. Not even a thought bubble. I think that being in a comic strip adds 10 pounds anyway. Or in the case of these four, more like 20.
Morning / afternoon / evening fellow Cathyites. Late checking in this morning. I’m out of rhythm since lightenup isn’t sitting at her computer while I’m sitting at mine. Plus I got home late after a longer than usual shift. Sigh. It’s not a 9 to 5 job. Nor 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. like it’s supposed to be. Hi Susan if you arrive later. Hi Mom! glad you’re with us again. Off to sleep . . . :-)
I got a scale only last year, but only out of curiosity. I follow most of what was listed in the comic, and it works for me because I’m not overweight either. Hello Cathy nuts!! I am happy that I’m able to post but I’m not going to list everyone individually. Still driving to FL today but we should be there soon (we left too late yesterday :-()
I think Cathy is doing an eye roll in panel 4. She’s not the only one.

Tonight’s dinner: American chop suey, again not Chinese in any way. Cooked pasta shells/elbows/your choice with browned ground beef/ground turkey, onions (optional), and tomato soup. More comfort food for cold nights.
Ok……I’m in pretty good shape…and I get a physical twice a year….mostly I hear ‘eat better’…cuz I live on protein bars..but at least it’s not junk food..right??…..If I want to weigh myself I just use one in an exam room at the hospital……Have a safe trip lightenup:)….Billy and Aaron I keep hearing about all these yummy meals, but never an invite :(…oh yeah and Aaron looks like Cathy is borrowing your eye roll in panel 4…LOL….and a ‘Good Evening’ to all thee Cathy nuts :)

I actually don’t weigh myself either. I learned in life that it doesn’t cause me to lose weight, it just makes me depressed. I’m not fat anyway, lol.
