Exercise should be done in at least 45-50 minute sessions…10- 15 mins to warm up….20 mins ‘work-out’ then another 10-15 mins to cool down and stretch….ALWAYS remember to stretch………of course that’s only talking about cardio, now if you want to discuss weight training……we’ll do that another day………Evening/Morning all ye Cathy nuts :)…oh yeah guess what I FINALLY figured out? Italics YAY
Nah, all that warmup/cooldown/stretching stuff is for people with too much time on their hands. There’s a happy medium between that and Cathy, who only exercises her glossal muscles.
As usual, Cathy goes one panel too far. I don’t know what it is about that third panel where she crosses the line into Nutsville (population: increasing, mayor: Cathy).Hello, KFG! I’m glad you feel better, and that you’ve figured out italics! Hee hee right back at you! :-)Good morning, JanuAaronry! I hope you had an easy time at work last night!Hi lindz.coop! Is the deer in your avatar one that showed up on your deck one day? Hello to Susan, gmforde, GsMom, Billy, rgcviper, tegm and all the Cathy nuts rolling around here today!
LOL lightenup that was good. We also have Charlene the Enabler. Well, we know Cathy will never fit into those slinky dresses she shops for (and she owns one or two I think). Too much math hurts my head. They made me double-check to make sure they used all possible combinations of minutes per session. I hate when that happens. KFG next, we’ll teach you the secrets fun of bold.
Morning lightenup. I’m glad that Billy feels comfortable enough to speak up about me being bummed at the lack of eyesight. And thankful for the concern returned. Five weeks since the second surgery. I was hoping for even a little light. However, my mate makes sure I’m okay. He doesn’t go to work until I’m home from my shift, no matter the hour. I don’t go to work until after he gets home. I need the twice a day hugs pretty badly sometimes. In the moments I’m in—those are the only moments that count. Mostly I’m okay. So onward we go.
I liked their little discussion up until thirty one-minute sessions. It went downhill from there, really really quickly. 1800 one-second sessions? Charlene is an enabler for sure. She’s also a 4.95 of 5 on my ‘Cathy blender buttons’ scale. That means there’s hope for her. Cathy? Not so much. Whow.
lightenup you just make my day complete. This is one reason why I let you force me to make my own account. :-D
Friend Aaron breaks my heart though. He covered up his good eye before going to work. I asked what he was up to, though it wasn’t hard to figure out. He told me he can’t see me, but he knows I’m here, and always will be. You know, my world really rocks. :-)
Aaron, Dr. Billy, lightenup, K.F.G. . . . you guys are the real reason I come here whenever I can. Cathy, especially on days like this when she hits a 10 on Dr. Billy’s “blender scale” of 1 to 5 . . . not quite so much sometimes!
;-)
Good evening to all my other fellow Cathy fanatics joining us here today / tonight. As always, good to “see” you all!
K.F.G.: All your postings the last couple of days have really cracked me up! Thanks for the smile you always bring to my face when I get here!
Ditto on the hugs JanuAaronry!! Also on the wishes for some light in that eye one day soon!!
Hi lightenup — no, someone just sent me that picture — but we do have deer in the yard occasionally, and our cats would never sit that still if one came up on the deck. We’ve had middle of the night screechfests when other critters dared go there.
