My understanding is that restless leg syndrome occurs 4 times more often in octopi than humans yet zero cases have been found for fish.

We need a government grant to study this phenomenon.

It’s like each leg has a mind of it’s own.

I’ve been racking my brain trying to come up with sump’n funny about an octopus, but really don’t remember anything that doesn’t sound like sump’n we heard in elementary school. And when I work my walnut-sized brain that hard, weird stuff starts to happen to me.

My wife suffers from serious RLS. It is a terrible affliction with no real relief in spite of trying every medication and therapy. She would not see this a funny.

Nothing to be done about it. Let’s go dancing or at least out for a walk. Might as well get something good out of this.

Shouldn’t that be restless legs syndrome?

BTW the 8th leg is behind him, probably under the pillow.

John, just thought you’d like to know…

“An octopus has eight appendages, each of which has rows of suckers running its length. But these are not tentacles — in strict anatomical terms, they are arms. A tentacle has suckers only on its pad-shaped ending. Squid and cuttlefish have arms, but also tentacles.”

Get your facts right, although if ’twere, then funny…

Great, now the octopus can’t stop doing the under-the-sea dance.
